Overview
Local Development Group (LDG) is active in the real estate development industry serving New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia. We work with clients to achieve their project goals whether it is renovating an existing property, expanding current developments, or engaging in project ideation and new construction.
LDG works with a wide variety of client groups including private developers, non-profit housing co-operatives and associations, and community organizations dedicated to building safe, efficient, and appropriate housing solutions for their communities.
LDG offers complete design-build packages, project management arrangements, and custom design solutions to address client needs.
